Coach Steve was on top form tonight, leading the group through a thorough warm-up before some intervals. We started with a longer loop with a cadence drill and then a shorter loop to increase the pace and push a little harder.
Excellent session as always.
We think this was our biggest turnout yet! This is the Feesty affect for sure 🌟

With "only" 103 metres of vertical gain, (compared to 195m last week in Lancing), this run was kinder for hills but more than made up for it with mud! 🏞️

A great, varied, scenic route courtesy of Horsham Joggers, well marshalled and friendly like all the WSFRLge events. 🏃
