Pre-Race Recce, Social AND Swim @ Windlesham House
- Time: Run starts at 6.45pm. Meet from 6.30pm onwards.
- Meeting Point: Windlesham House School, London Road, Pulborough RH20 4AY (Google Maps)
- Parking: A little bit of parking available at the school.
- Route: 7.5km
Ahead of the race on Sunday, a quick pre-race recce of the Windlesham House. For those that fancy it, bring your swimming stuff and a towel, and we can use the very posh (indoor) facilities at the school. (There is no cost for this.) A massive thank you to Lloydy for organising and facilitating this for us.
There are a load of different ways to cut this course shorter, if 7.5km seems a little daunting. Cutting out the laps around the field makes it more like 6km; and cutting the laps and taking an obvious shortcut (turning left after 2.5km) makes it just under 5km.

Night of the 1-mile PB @ Worthing Leisure Centre (Track)

Night of the 1-Mile PBs! Basically thought we’d have a bit of a race night. Based on the fact that none of us ever race a mile distance, we’re hoping for a few PBs! Bring snacks or a cool box full of beers and we’ll have a bit of a social whilst cheering each other over the line. What else would you rather do on a Friday evening?
- Race #1: 9 minutes or longer (suitable for those who race 5K 31:00 or longer)
- Race #2: 8-9 minutes (suitable for those who race 5K between 27:30-31:00)

- Race #4: 6-7 minutes (suitable for those who race 5K between 20:30-24:00)
- Race #5: 6-minutes or quicker (suitable for those who race 5K in 20:30 or quicker)
