New to running? Returning after a long pause or injury? All of our runs are designed to cater for a mixed range of abilities, and all paces and fitness levels are welcome.

Intervals @ Highdown Way, Ferring
- Time: 6.30pm (for a 6.45pm start)
- Meeting Point: The Henty Arms pub (at 6.30pm) or Highdown Way (at 6.45pm) (Google Maps)
- Parking: Parking available at The Henty Arms or on-street anywhere between the pub and Highdown Way.
- Optional drink afterwards at The Henty Arms
Feesty to lead a session of intervals around the triangle of Cissbury Road, Downview Road and Downview Way (about 700m). You can run the whole thing and then have a recovery at the end; or you can run part of it and use the remainder as a recovery. Whatever suits you best!

parkrun tour @ bognor parkrun
So it turns out that Bognor Regis parkrun is cancelled on 7th September. As the Fittleworth fun run this this weekend too, we’ve decided to postpone for a week. See you on the 14th!

WSFRL @ Tilgate ForesT

Hill Reps @ Adur Avenue, Durrington
- Time: 6.30pm (for a 6.45pm start)
- Meeting Point: The corner of Adur Avenue/New Road, Durrington (Google Maps)
- Parking: Plenty of residential parking available on Adur Avenue and adjacent roads
Phina to lead a session of hill reps up Adur Avenue. It’s all on tarmac roads and pavements, so road shoes will be in order.
Saturday, 14th September
parkrun tour @ bognor parkrun
- Time: 9am
- Meeting Point: Hotham Park, Bognor Regis (Google Maps)
- Parking: Pay and display at Hotham Park
As part of our parkrun tour on the first Saturday of each month, this month takes us to sunny Bognor Regis! This one is a flat tarmac course, but a bit twisty and turny in places. The cafe in the park afterwards comes thoroughly recommended!
