- Parking: Parking here is a nightmare, so would recommend lift sharing and getting there early! If parking residentially, please do so mindfully and avoid the Miller and Carter car park.

Hill Reps @ Adur Avenue, Durrington
- Time: Session starts at 6.45pm. Meeting up and warm-up from 6.30pm onwards.

- Parking: Plenty of residential parking available on Adur Avenue
Charles to lead. Three periods of running up hill, and then easy recovery on the way back down, and a short break between periods.

Halloween Run @ Henty Arms, Ferring
- Time: Run starts at 6.45pm. Meet from 6.30pm onwards.
- Meeting Point: The Henty Arms car park, Ferring Lane, Ferring BN12 6QY (Google Maps)
- Routes: TBC (but will broadly follow the Ferring Scarecrow Trail)
- Parking: If you’re planning on having a drink afterwards (or before, we don’t judge) then you can probably park in the pub car park. Otherwise, there’s a bit of residential parking on Langbury Lane.
- Optional drink afterwards in the Henty Arms
Happy Halloween! Tonight’s run is only for the bravest souls as we see the terrifying residents of Ferring – I mean, the frightening scarecrows they’ve put up! Fill free to dress up as something absolutely bone-quivering (although a Striders vest is probably a little too far…)
Ferring is notorious for being unlit, so please bring headtorches if possible.
