The is a one-mile “race” – although you are only racing against yourself! We will be timing it for you, and hoping to repeat this every couple of months, so you can gauge your progress over time.

The mile starts from the Canadian Flag and ends at the rainbow steps in front of the theatre on the pier. Of course, this is all in one direction, so your time may be heavily dependent on the wind!

If you’re a speedy whatsit, please support and celebrate your other runners as they finish.
