SOCIAL RUN @ The Gun, Findon
- Time: Run starts at 6.45pm. Meet from 6.30pm onwards.
- Meeting Point: The Gun Inn, High Street, Findon BN14 0TA (Google Maps)
- Parking: It’s a bit tricky for parking round here, so definitely recommend getting there a bit early. Parking is free on the roads and there’s small car parks at Findon Village Hall (here) and School Hill (here). The Black Horse Inn also has a car park for customers.
- Routes: 11.3km / 9.6km / 7.6km (These are some hillier routes than usual: 259m, 201m and 157m elevation respectively.)
- Optional drink in The Gun or The Black Horse afterwards.

Magic Mile Time Trial @ Heene Road, Worthing
- Time: Meet from 6.30pm onwards. Time Trial to start at 7pm promptly.
- Meeting Point: On the promenade at the bottom of Heene Road, Worthing (Google Maps)
Same one-mile route for all: Starting next to the shelter on the promenade at the bottom of Heene Road (w3w: ///blur.share.fries) and heading east, round the three flagpoles outside the Lido, and back again. Finish line is back over the start line.
Obviously, this is only as serious as you want to make it, so please bring the vibes, encourage everyone else, no matter if you’re completing it in five minutes or fifteen minutes.

- Time: 6.30pm (for a 6.45pm start)
- Meeting Point: Fernhurst Recreation Ground, Fernhurst Drive, Goring-by-Sea, Worthing BN12 5AU (Google Maps)
- Parking: Plenty of residential parking available on Fernhurst Drive and surrounding roads
**Important: Please note that this session is on the Recreation Field, just south of Fernhurst Drive. Please don’t confuse it with either Fernhurst Drive or Goring Recreation Ground (the one behind the cricket club).**
Feesty to lead a session of intervals around the field on grass.
Wednesday, 17th June
WSFRL @ BEACH RUN, LITTLEHAMPTON
- Time: 7.30pm start
- Meeting Point: East Green, South Terrace, Littlehampton, BN17 5NT (Google Maps)
- Parking: There is a car park next the Harbour Park (free after 6pm)and more parking available locally. Please remember to check notices to see if you have to pay. Other car parks charge up to 8pm.
- Route: Approx 5 miles. One and half loops of East Green. On the 2nd loop, exit the field and cross the prom (by the Millennium Beacon) and head down the shingle onto the beach. Complete two loops of the beach and re-enter the field to complete the lap under the inflatable arch. Please follow all instructions from the marshals. No headphones and no dogs please.
- Cost: £6 in advance, closing 11.59pm Sunday 13th June. (£8 on the day)

- Different routes: 11.3km // 9.2km // 6.8km
- Parking: Ample free parking in the car park adjacent to the cafe
- Social: Optional drink afterwards at The Mulberry
- We’ve finally made it through the winter, the clocks have changed, and the trail season begins! We’ll ease our way back in with a half-trail/half-road route along the River Rife and along the seafront.

Bryan’s Bimble @ The World’s End

Something a bit different this week! Our trail-running guru, Bryan, has kindly put together two courses (7.7km and 13km) for us to run, using only printed course descriptions to guide you (i.e. no run leaders or GPX files!). In teams of 4-5 ish, we will set you off in staggered starts with a set of instructions to see how you get on! If you’re able to, please consider bringing your phone with you this week, just in case there’s a problem and you end up in Horsham!

Beach Run @ Coast
- Time: Run starts at 6.45pm. Meet from 6.30pm onwards.
- Meeting Point: Coast Cafe, Beach Parade, Worthing BN11 2FG (Google Maps)
- Parking: I think parking is free on Marine Parade (outside the Rowing Club) after 6pm. Please double check for yourselves though!
- Routes: No formal routes, but the plan is to do an hour’s run. In our usual groups, run in one direction for 30 minutes, and then turn back.
- Footwear: The tide is out, so we’ll be running along the sand. Thoroughly recommend wearing some tatty old shoes that you don’t mind getting wet and dirty, and some dry socks for afterwards!
