Upcoming Schedule

New to running? Returning after a long pause or injury? All of our runs are designed to cater for a mixed range of abilities, and all paces and fitness levels are welcome.

Tuesday, 10th March
  • Time: Meet from 6.30pm onwards. Time Trial to start at 7pm promptly.
  • Meeting Point: On the promenade at the bottom of Heene Road, Worthing (Google Maps)

Same one-mile route for all: Starting next to the shelter on the promenade at the bottom of Heene Road (w3w: ///blur.share.fries) and heading east, round the three flagpoles outside the Lido, and back again. Finish line is back over the start line.

Obviously, this is only as serious as you want to make it, so please bring the vibes, encourage everyone else, no matter if you’re completing it in five minutes or fifteen minutes.

Friday, 20th March
  • Time: TBC
  • Meeting Point: Worthing Leisure Centre, Shaftesbury Ave, Goring-by-Sea, Worthing BN12 4ET (Google Maps)

If you’ve never run track before, now is your chance! It won’t be massively different from our Tuesday night interval sessions, except it’ll be flat, well lit, and on a nice bouncy surface, so definitely worth trying.

When you arrive, the gate to the track from the car park will be open, so no need to go through the Leisure Centre itself.

  • Parking: Plenty of free parking at the Tennis Club

So it’s time for our AGM! We’ll send out an agenda nearer the time, but essentials are:

  • Hangover 5 review
  • Membership numbers/updates
  • Treasurer Update
  • Committee Update (including voting on Committee Members, if appropriate)
  • Setting club fees for 2026/27

Everything else is up for discussion! AGM is open to everyone who fancies it; no need to say you’re coming, just rock up and get yourself a drink. If you can’t make it but want to ask a question, have something discussed, have a suggestion, or whatever else, let Charles or a member of the committee know and we’ll add it to the agenda. Minutes will be distributed afterwards, so nobody’s missing out on the fun!
