Upcoming Schedule

New to running? Returning after a long pause or injury? All of our runs are designed to cater for a mixed range of abilities, and all paces and fitness levels are welcome.


SAturday, 19th April
  • Time: Between 12.30-3.30pm
  • Teams: All teams consist of 3 runners; except U20 Men and Senior Men, which consist of 4 runners
  • Distance: 2 miles per runner
  • Cost: £6 per runner
  • Location: Preston Park, Brighton

If you’re interested in doing this, or fancy some more information, just drop Amelia a message. Due to the fact that we need teams, just let her know and she’ll try and make teams out of the people that have messaged.

Monday, 21st April
  • Time: Between 10.45am
  • Meeting Point: Lewes Leisure Centre, Mountfield Road, Lewes BN7 2XG (Google Maps)
  • Distance: 10km
  • Cost: £7 per runner
  • Deadline for Entries: Sunday, 13th April
Tuesday, 22nd April
  • Time: Session starts at 6.45pm. Meeting and warm-up from 6.30pm onwards.
  • Meeting Point: Nepcote Green, Nepcote, Findon, Worthing BN14 0SL (Google Maps)
  • Parking: There’s a tiny car park here if you’re early, but otherwise there’s bit of residential parking a short walk away.

Ian Salt to lead a session of hill reps up towards Cissbury Ring.

Wednesday, 23rd April
  • Time: The first wave is at 6.30pm
  • Meeting Point: Chalet Cafe, Preston Park, Preston Park Ave, Brighton and Hove, Brighton BN1 6HG (Google Maps)
  • Parking: There is residential free parking about ten minutes walk away.

This isn’t a Gazelles session, but it is good fun all the same. It’s a one-mile timed run around Preston Park. No need to register beforehand, just turn up.

Thursday, 24th April
  • Time: 6.30pm meet; run starts at 6.45pm.
  • Meeting Point: Hill Barn Rec car park, Hill Barn Lane, Worthing BN14 9QB (Google Maps)
  • Parking: There is a large free car park.
  • Route: Just one route for everyone this week, but we’ll still run it in groups (and there are short cuts available!). Phina to be at the back.
Sunday, 27th April

Best of luck to all you guys doing the London Marathon! We’ve got Chris Cole, Emma Thicks, Lynz Osland, Mark Howard, Nick Beaumont, Penny Scott-Andrews, Phina Izard, Sarah Webb, Silje Hovstad, Sue Pinky, and probably others – let Charles know!

Tuesday, 29th April
  • Time: Session starts at 6.45pm. Meeting and warm-up from 6.30pm onwards.
  • Meeting Point: Canadian Flag on Worthing promenade (at the bottom of Grand Avenue), West Parade, Worthing BN11 3RA (Google Maps)
  • Parking: Plenty of free parking available along the seafront or on Grand Avenue

Pigott to lead the session of intervals along the promenade, involving running and recovering between lampposts.
