New to running? Returning after a long pause or injury? All of our runs are designed to cater for a mixed range of abilities, and all paces and fitness levels are welcome.

  • Routes: 12km // 10km // 7.9km // Run-walk
  • Parking: Plenty of residential parking available in Sea Lane.
  • Please join us for a drink afterwards at the Mulberry Pub! (I think they do 2-for-1 on Burgers on a Thursday night too).
Tuesday, 18th March
  • Time: Warm-up at 6.30pm. Session starts at 6.45pm.

  • Time: Meeting from 6.30pm onwards. Session starts at 6.45pm.
  • Meeting Place: Brewhouse and Kitchen, Wykeham Road, Worthing BN11 4JD (Google Maps)
  • Routes: 13.0km // 10.2km // 7.6km // Run-walk
  • Parking: Available in the pub car park for customers, or residential parking available in nearby roads, such as Richmond Road
  • Please join us for a drink afterwards at The Brewhouse!
Tuesday, 25th March
  • Time: Warm-up at 6.30pm. Session starts at 6.45pm.
  • Meeting Place: Princess Avenue, Worthing BN13 1AS (Google Maps)
  • Parking: Plenty of residential parking available on Princess Avenue

Chris to lead the session of intervals. Each lap of Princess Avenue is approximately 330m.

Sunday, 23RD March
  • Time: TBC
  • Meeting Place: Thakeham Village Hall, Abingworth Crescent, Pulborough RH20 3GW (Google Maps)
  • Parking: Limited free parking at the Village Hall and overflow car park

After an amazing start to the season at Crawley, we’re hoping to keep it going at Fittleworth!

Thursday, 27th March
  • Time: Meeting from 6.30pm onwards. Session starts at 6.45pm.
  • Meeting Place: Sea Lane Cafe, Marine Crescent, Goring-by-Sea BN12 4HR (Google Maps)
  • Routes: 12.8km // 10.2km // 8.1km // Run-walk
  • Parking: Ample free parking in the car park adjacent to the cafe
  • No obvious pub this week, but The Mulberry is possibly the best bet?
SAturday, 19th April
  • Time: Between 12.30-3.30pm
  • Teams: All teams consist of 3 runners; except U20 Men and Senior Men, which consist of 4 runners
  • Distance: 2 miles per runner
  • Cost: £6 per runner
  • Location: Preston Park, Brighton
