Pinky to lead a hilly circuit up Coombes Rise, Shepherds Mead, down Central Ave, and back to Lime Tree Avenue. The loop is about 2km long.

[Charles’ Notes: As the loop is quite long, maybe we should run the hill rep up and run along the top road and run the downhill, and then recovery jog back along? Effectively makes it a mile rep, with a 400m recovery. Because it’s a long rep, maybe do one longer session rather than two shorter sections, so that we’re not keep waiting to regroup and people have time to lap others (2km is a long time to wait to regroup!).]
