parkrun is a free, weekly timed 5K every Saturday morning.
Worthing Gazelles parkrun tour
On the first Saturday of each month, we like to organise a parkrun for us all to meet together, take on as a club, and have a coffee and natter afterwards. The dates decided so far are:
- 3rd February: Lancing Beach Green parkrun
- 2nd March: Hove Promenade parkrun
- 6th April: Littlehampton Prom parkrun
- On the 6th April, we’d like to do pacing to help promote the club.
- 4th May: Preston Park parkrun
- 1st June: Bushy parkrun
- 6th July: Bevendean parkrun
