Parking

Course
The Senior race is an approximately 5-mile (8km) course over hilly, uneven chalky tracks and paths up to Cissbury Ring and back. Unsuitable for under-16s or wheelchair athletes.
In the event of poor conditions (i.e. the field is waterlogged), we may be forced to cut out the lap of the field at the beginning. A decision will be made on the morning; if this is the case, we will communicate this the best we can. The course would then be approximately 4 miles.
The Junior race is an approximately 1-mile (1.6km) course on grass around the field. Parents and guardians are welcome to run with their child, especially those on the younger side. However, the course is around the park and visible throughout from the start/finish area.
Facilities: Medical cover, toilets, changing area, no showers. Bags left at owner’s risk. Medals for junior race. Water at the finish; no water on the course.
