If you’ve never run track before, now is your chance! It won’t be massively different from our Tuesday night interval sessions, except it’ll be flat, well lit, and on a nice bouncy surface, so definitely worth trying.
When you arrive, the gate to the track from the car park will be open, so no need to go through the Leisure Centre itself.

Same one-mile route for all: Starting next to the shelter on the promenade at the bottom of Heene Road (w3w: ///blur.share.fries) and heading east, round the three flagpoles outside the Lido, and back again. Finish line is back over the start line.
Obviously, this is only as serious as you want to make it, so please bring the vibes, encourage everyone else, no matter if you’re completing it in five minutes or fifteen minutes.
